Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by PCShards (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who engage with PCShards through our website, service agreements, or any other means of interaction. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Services Description

PCShards provides cybersecurity compliance consulting, managed IT services, and security services primarily to defense contractors and regulated businesses. Our services include, but are not limited to, CMMC and NIST compliance assessment and remediation, managed network and endpoint monitoring, incident response planning, vulnerability assessments, and strategic IT consulting.

The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for services provided to your organization will be defined in a separate service agreement or statement of work. These Terms govern the general relationship between PCShards and its clients and website visitors, and they supplement any specific service agreements in place.

User Responsibilities

As a client or user of our services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required for us to deliver our services effectively. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials, access tokens, or account information provided to you as part of our engagement.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our systems or interfere with any other party's use of our services. You are responsible for ensuring that your organization's personnel comply with any security policies and procedures established as part of our engagement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PCShards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our services, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to PCShards during the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. While we strive to maintain the highest standards of service and security, no cybersecurity solution can guarantee absolute protection against all threats, and our services are provided on an “as is” basis with respect to third-party threats beyond our reasonable control.
